Here you will find answers to frequently asked questions regarding the organization, access, tickets and other information about the ATHENS COFFFEE FESTIVAL. Our goal is to ensure that your experience is as enjoyable and organized as possible.

1. Where and when is the festival taking place?

The ATHENS COFFEE FESTIVAL  2026 will be held on September 26-28 at Technopolis City of Athens, in Gazi. 

2. What is the ticket price?

Ticket Prices 

  • Presale: €5 
  • During the festival (online & at physical ticket booths): €6 
  • Entry + Stand-up Comedy Show: €10 

Cancellation & Change Policy 

  • Ticket cancellations are not allowed. 
  • No changes to date, time, or seat are permitted after purchase. 

3. Does the ticket include free coffee consumption from exhibitors' booths?

Yes, with the purchase of a ticket, free coffee is available from exhibitor booths throughout the duration of the festival. 

4. I want to attend the stand-up shows and concerts. Is there an extra charge?

Tickets & Access 

  • Entry to the festival along with attendance at the stand-up comedy show costs €10. 
  • DJ sets are free and included in the basic entry ticket. 

Important Note 

Access to stand-up comedy performances is only permitted for visitors with a show ticket. The general admission ticket or free invitation does not grant access to the stand-up shows. 

5. How can I get there? Is parking available?

Technopolis City of Athens is located in Gazi (100 Piraeus Street) and is accessible by: 

  • Metro: “Kerameikos” Station (Line 3) – 50 meters from the festival entrance. 
  • Buses & Trolleys:  Stop “Fotaerio” (049, 815, 838, 914, B18, G18, trolley 21).

6. Is the ATHENS COFFEE FESTIVAL suitable for children?

Absolutely! The festival is kids-friendly, with specially designed areas for children, such as a playground and activities. 

7. Can I bring my four-legged friend to the festival?

Of course! The ATHENS COFFEE FESTIVAL  is pet-friendly. Enjoy a fun-filled day with your pets by your side. 

8. Is the venue accessible for people with disabilities?

All indoor and outdoor areas of Technopolis City of Athens, where the festival activities will take place, are accessible for people with disabilities. 

9. Is food available at the festival?

Yes! At the specially designed Coffee Bites area, you’ll find a variety of snacks to enjoy with your coffee. A perfect choice for a tasty break between festival activities. 

10. I don’t like coffee, but I want to join my coffee-loving friends. Are there other beverage options?

Of course! Besides coffee, you will find other beverages such as tea, hot chocolate, juices, and smoothies. 

11. I am a journalist and want to cover the festival. What should I do?

Journalists are allowed free entry upon presenting their professional card. 

12. I want to work at the festival. Can I send my CV?
