Coffee Championships 2027

Hall D10 will host the Roasting Championship, where the art of coffee roasting meets scientific precision and the country’s top roasters compete for the title of Greek champion. At the same time, in Hall D12, the Cezve/Ibrik Championship will showcase the masters of traditional extraction in a competition that blends technique, heritage, and creativity.
