The third and final day of the festival turned out to be the ultimate experience — an authentic journey filled with knowledge, flavor, and inspiration! It was the moment when the art of coffee met science, innovation, and global culture, offering visitors a deep and multifaceted look into the specialty coffee industry. 

We explored the craft of coffee in the industry, from production to final brewing, with experts passionately analyzing each stage. Viral coffee drinks and other beverages were showcased with detailed tips and recipes from top professionals, revealing what makes a coffee stand out and become a trend. 

We learned about the challenges of our times and how they affect coffee production and quality. We delved into innovative processing methods of Colombian specialty coffee, discovering techniques that create unique flavor profiles and highlight the country’s strength as a leading producer. 

The long-awaited announcement of the Coffee Roasting Champion 2026 results took place, closing the festival in the most thrilling way! The moment everyone had been waiting for arrived, filled with excitement and anticipation, as the winner who will represent Greece in the global competition was revealed. The new Coffee Roasting Champion 2026 stood out among exceptional professionals, presenting a roast that combined technical excellence, creativity, and a unique flavor profile. 

The announcement met with applause, emotion, and many smiles, as the winner shared thoughts on their journey, love for coffee, and future plans. 

We played backgammon and had an absolute blast! It was one of the most beloved moments of the festival, full of strategy, passion, and dice rolls that determined fate! All the players, as they do every day, entered the draw to win a backgammon set worth 100 euros. 

The festival closed with an explosive and dynamic finale as internationally acclaimed DJ, music producer, and songwriter Xenia Ghali took to the decks and lit up the night! Her energy flooded the venue, and her musical selections perfectly balanced commercial success with the underground scene, delivering a set that will be remembered. 

With house and tech house elements, she created a musical journey that electrified the crowd. Supported by top artists like Martin Garrix, Tiesto, and Don Diablo, her presence at the festival was both an honor and a delight for all. 

The audience danced non-stop, with lights and the pulse of the music creating an experience that transcended a typical live set. It was a celebration of music, connection, and freedom. 

And of course, Super Host Thanasis Alevras was there to welcome and bid farewell to the crowd in his unique way, full of theatrical flair, humor, and emotion. From the very beginning, his presence infused the festival with vibrancy and authenticity. With his boundless energy and signature imagination, he managed to weave all the festival’s elements into a unified experience, as if directing a play with all of us as the stars. 

Thus, the festival ended in the most perfect way, full of music and smiles. 

A three-day experience filled with art, laughter, knowledge, creativity, and human connection ended, leaving us with vivid images, emotions, and inspiration.
